A Philanthropist Bala Bayo in Dambatta local government has today handed over the renovated classroom in Maimunatu Government Girls Secondary School Dambatta which he pledged to renovate during last speech and Prize giving Day of the Zone.
Alhaji Bala Bayo a re-known business man was well known for such interventions at different points in time.Bala Bayo said” I dedicated this renovation to Alhaji Haruna Isyaku Makoda and prayed to Allah to reward him abundantly
In his address Alhaji Haruna Isyaku Makoda thanks Bala Bayo for honoring him and naming the renovated classroom after him.He called on individuals and corporate organizations to invest heavily in Education for the overall developments of the State.
While receiving the renovated classroom the School Principal Hajiya Ayatu Mahmoud thanks Bala Bayo and Alhaji Haruna Isyaku Makoda for their intervention in the School.
She similarly expressed gratitude to the executive Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for his quick intervention to the education Sector and even declared a State of Emergency in the Sector with a view to salvage the education industry.
In his Speech the representative of the Zonal Director, Alhaji Abdullahi Nasiru commended the donor and assured him of the judicious used of the renovated classroom.He also called other stakeholders to assist in the provision of sitting materials for conducive atmosphere.Maimunatu Government Girls Secondary is a well known center of academic excellence in the State.
