All are set for the kick off of this year’s Nigeria National League pre season soccer tournament tagged “Gusau/Ahlan Cup.”
In a Statement by the National
Corordinator of the Tournament Abahuraira Dahiru through the Media Coordinator Rilwanu Idris Malikawa Garu which was made available to thetentaclesnews
com.ng said the tournament will be kicked off on Wednesday 22nd oh this month at prestigious Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium Bauchi.
Abahuraira Dahiru further stated that all necessary arrangements had been put in place for the successful conduct of the tournament by the Local organizing Committee and Bauchi State Football Association.
He explained that the participating teams are expected to be in Bauchi by Tuesday next week and Technical meeting and draws are to be held on the same day.
The Coordinator explained that the teams that expressed their readiness to participate in this historic Tournament includes;-
Adamawa United FC
Bichi first FC
Basira FC
Mighty jet FC
Darazo academy FC
Gombe United Fc
Young generation FC
Kano selected FC
Doma United FC
Jigawa Golden Star FC.
Wikki tourist feeder FC and
One touch FC.
While the opening match will be played between the defending Champion Adamawa United Football Club and Basira Football Club of Lafia, Nasarawa State on Wednesday 22/10/2025 by 4:00pm at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium.
