The Kano State Ministry of Education denied reports of a plan to recruit 3,917 teachers under the “Kano State Government Basic Education Teachers Mapping and Recruitment Plan (2025–2028)”.
The Ministry described the announcement circulating over the social media as “misleading and baseless” and advised the public to disregard the information in a statement issued by the Director Public Enlightenment of the Ministry Balarabe Abdullahi Kiru sent to thetentaclesnews.com.ng
The ministry wishes to inform the general public that it has not made any official announcement regarding teachers recruitment.
And advised general publics to verify information through official channels to avoid misinformation.
The ministry also warned against relying on unverified sources, especially regarding sensitive issues like teacher recruitment.
