Court sentenced one Muhd Dan’azumi to five years imprisonment.

Federal High Court sitting in Kano under Justice S M Shu’aibu has convicted one Muhd Dan’azumi aged 78 and sentenced to five years imprisonment without option for finding him guilty of procuring a person for sexual exploitation.

Delivering the judgement, Justice S.M Shu’aibu said the offence of procurement of a person for sexual exploitation was contrary to section 16(1) of the trafficking in persons (Prohibition) enforcement and administration act of 2015 in a charge number FHC/KN/CR/255/2025.
