CP BAKORI COMMISSIONS KABO POLICE DIVISION, INSPECTS DAWAKIN TOFA POLICE BARRACKS

The Commissioner of Police, Kano State Command, CP Ibrahim Adamu Bakori, on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, commissioned the newly constructed Kabo Police Division in Kano State. During the event, CP Bakori expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the Deputy President of the Senate, Distinguished Senator Barau I. Jibrin, for his instrumental role in facilitating the project.

The CP commended Senator Jibrin’s unwavering commitments to the safety and security, noting that his support has been pivotal in making the new police division a reality.

In his remarks, CP Bakori emphasized the importance of the Kabo Police Division in strengthening community policing, improving emergency response, and fostering trust between law enforcement and the public where he urged residents to collaborate with the police to ensure the division’s success in delivering security services.

Following the commissioning, CP Bakori proceeded to Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area, where he inspected the Dawakin Tofa Police Barracks. The visit was part of the Police ongoing efforts to assess the welfare and operational readiness of officers. He reassured personnel of the Command’s commitments towards improving their living and working conditions.
