All concerned parties are strongly advised to take note that with effect from today, a new format of the medical certificate has been adopted by the hospital, which include an active hospital’s telephone number.
Only this new version shall be recognized and considered authentic.We urge everyone to ensure due compliance and to verify any medical certificate or medical report directly with the hospital or through the phone number to avoid falling victim to fraud.
