Jigawa State pledged support to Security Agencies for effective service delivery.

The Jigawa State Government has reaffirmed commitments towards supporting security formations in maintaining peace and security across the State.

This was made known by Permanent Secretary, Special Services and Council Affairs, Alhaji Bello Datti Dutse, during a tender opening for the procurement of 10 Toyota Hilux and 50 motorcycles to security agencies in the State in a statement made available to thetentaclesnews.com.ng by Isma’il Ibrahim Dutse, Public Relations Officer of the Office of the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State

The Permanent Secretary explained that Jigawa State under Umar Namadi placed high premium on security, emphasizing the 12-point agenda of the Governor, and the government’s dedication towards safeguarding the lives and property of its citizens.

Datti,urged the technical committee to ensure fair and impartial selection process and called on the successful contractor to complete the project within the stipulated timeframe and strictly adhere to the contract agreement for the supply of high quality products.

The Director General, Due Process and Project Monitoring Bureau, represented by Engineer Shu’aibu Ali, assured that the selection process would be transparent and compliant with the Procurement Act and Due Process laws.
