KANO STATE PILGRIMS WELFARE BOARD TO PARTNER WITH SSR & SR AND OTHER RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS

On its readiness to partner with relevant stakeholders for the overall developments of the State, Director General of the State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, has expressed the Board’s collaborate approaches with the SSR & SR Gwale Local Government Forum on youth empowerment initiatives aimed at improving the livelihoods of young people in the state.

Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa made this known while receiving members of the SSR & SR Gwale Local Government Forum, led by Alhaji Yakubu Umar Ibrahim, during a courtesy visit to his office in a statement signed and issued to thetentaclesnews.com.ng by the Spokesperson of the Board, Comrade Sulaiman Abdullahi Dederi.

The Director General commended the Forum its giant stride in promoting community services and pledged the Board’s full support towards strengthening their programs.

Assuring them that the Board will “do everything possible to work hand in hand with the Forum and other related organizations to enhance their impact and promote the empowerment of youths across Gwale Local Government and beyond.”

While delivering remarks, the Leader of the Forum, Alhaji Yakubu Umar Ibrahim, explained that the visit was to brief the Director General on the Forum’s recent achievements and to seek further collaboration.

He described Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa as “a father figure to the Forum,” acknowledging his consistent support and encouragement.

The partnership is expected to focus on initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, skill development, and capacity building among youths, aligning with the state government’s vision for sustainable development and economic self-reliance.
