.Rano Emirate Council has assured of its commitments to support Kwankwaso College of Advance and Remedial Studies Tudun Wada to achieve its objectives.
Announcing this today while receiving officials of the college in his palace, the Emir of Rano Ambasada Dr. Muhammad Isa Umaru described the visit as timely as the Emirate is celebrating one year anniversary of His Highness on the throne.
The Emir assured the Provost that the Emirate will strengthen its involvement in the educational development of the area by directing District Heads and the Emirate Educational Committee to mobilize the youths to enroll into the College.
Ambassador Muhammad Isa Umaru, added that his door would remain opened for advice and suggestions to move the Emirate forwad.
The Emir appreciates the efforts of Kano state Governor Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf for giving him the opportunity to ascend the throne of his forefathers.
He urged all and sundary in the Emirate to support the present administration’s policies and programs to achieve its aims and objectives.
Earlier, the College Provost Dr Muttaka Dahiru said the visit was to congratulates the Emir on his one year anniversary on the throne as well as to intimate him on the activities planned by the college.
These include soliciting the Emir’s assistance in mobilizing his subjects to enroll in the Institution as well as its planned upgrade to the College of Education (Technical) soon.He thanked the Emir for his kind support and cooperation at all times.
