T/WADA LG TO RENOVATES 20 PRIMARY SCHOOLS, CONSTRUCTS NEW POLICE STATION

The Tudun Wada Local Government Area has officially launched the construction of a new police station and the renovation of twenty primary schools, aimed at strengthening security and safeguarding the lives and property of residents within the area.

Speaking during the foundation-laying ceremony held in Burun Burun town, the Chairperson of Tudun Wada Local Government,Hajiya Sa’adatu Salisu Yushau, stated that the initiative marks a major step towards improving community policing,ensuring safety and enhancing collaboration with security agencies in a Press Statement issued by Salisu Kassim, Zonal Information Officer of the Area which was sent to thetentaclesnews.com.ng

Hajiya Sa’adatu Salisu reaffirmed the Council’s commitments towards working closely with all security agencies across various sectors to ensure the safety and well-being of the people.

She further explained that the renovation of primary schools across the eleven wards of the council demonstrates the administration’s dedication towards providing conducive teaching-Learning atmosphere and empowering institutions that serve the community.

She commended the administration of Governor,Abba Kabir Yusuf, for his laudable efforts in improving security across the state and supporting grassroots development.

Also speaking, Director Personnel Management of the Area,Alhaji Ibrahim D. Haruna Bichi, urged residents to continue supporting the ongoing development initiatives of the Local Government to ensure sustainable progress.

He also called on the contractors to expedite actions and complete the work without the stipulated timeframe.

In his remarks, the Village Head of Burun Burun, Alhaji Yakubu Sagiru, expressed the community’s appreciation to the Local Government for initiating the project, describing it as a significant step toward enhancing security and promoting socio-economic development in the area.
