The adolescent girls initiative for learning and empowerment( Agile) reiterate it’s commitments in supporting girls education at all levels

.The National Component Lead conditional cash transfer on the Agile program, Haj Kubrah Muhammad stated this during advocacy and sensitisation campaign on conditional cash transfer CCT and financial literacy, held at Beneji in Kano State.She also emphasized the issue of financial literacy on the program which she described as key factor to the success of the Program She urged parents and guardians to support the program for successful implementation of the conditional cash transfer program in the interest of Agile’s core values Also speaking the state component lead of the Agile conditional cash transfer Mal. Naziru Surajo highlighted the key success areas recorded by the Agile program at different stages He said about 28, 602 benefited in the first batch of the program while in the second batch the number increases to 45,850 in view of its immense importance to the advancements of Girls education across the State, stating that there is upwards increase by about thirty one percent in the enrollment index.He also added that due to the high cost of living the program adjusted the allowance from #20,000 to #60,000 annually.Earlier speaking, the Bebeji local government area educational secretary, Mal Yusuf Garba has commended the Agile program in the local government area which he said the program has impacted the lives of girls child education positively in the area.
