The Managing Director of the Agency Faisal Mahmud made the statement while hosting students of Kano State who are studying in Sule Lamido University of Jigawa State
Where he pledged to forward their requests to relevant authorities for consideration and intervention, especially on transportation challenges faced by students commuting between Kano and Jigawa.

The Managing Director urged the students to be exemplary ambassadors of Kano State, stressing that the State Government and is fully behind them and will support them to actualized their academic pursuits .
Faisal further revealed that KAROTA will intimate Ministry of Works to explore the possibility of providing hostel accommodation for more than 4,000 Kano State students studying at Sule Lamido University, as part of efforts to ease their accommodation burden and enhance access to education.
In his remarks, the President of the Students’ Association, Comrade Habibu Abdullahi Abubakar, stated that their visit was aimed to present the association’s needs and strengthen the partnership between the students and KAROTA.
The KAROTA Managing Director further appreciated the students for their thoughtful engagement and assured them of the agency’s continued support whenever the need arises.
